Bad luck.
The buyer cannot change the review.
So avoid.
If your buyer goes to contact support, you will receive a report. And trust and security will go away in your account.

If the buyer didn’t talk to you about this situation again, then that’s fine and you shouldn’t discuss about it either. When she said she’s contacted CS for the situation, just tell her that you appreciate her time and concern regarding the situation and she shouldn’t bother at all because that’s fine with you.

Although your story looks genuine to me, the forums are full of posts from sellers who have received account warnings for discussing feedback with buyers. Fiverr support appear to be very strict on this topic and my concern is that you might accidentally be implicated. I really would be tempted to stop all communication with this buyer.
