So I had an order that I had to nudge several times, when they finally replied I had the counter going but they had not sent any requirements. I make music videos so I ask for jpgs. So now the order is like 5 days late which makes me look bad, the buyer is back to not responding and I can’t seem to find any easy way to contact Fiverr about the fact that I never got any images. Any ideas on this?
