I dont know why but buyer messages are going to spam and thats why i am not able to reply promptly.
Some might be from buyers who sent the same message to multiple sellers.
Though Fiverr should make it so it shows that you have new messages just in case they are valid messages, and setting them to unspam too late might lower the response rate and make someone lose a level.
All you could do is check the inbox/message section frequently enough so you’ll see them (checking not just the normal inbox) and/or mention it to CS if they’re not showing up in a way easily seen so they can make changes to how they get shown.
