Buyer mistakenly double ordered

So, today, I completed my first fiverr task. Mistakenly, the client double ordered. We both mutually canceled it. But now I’ve realized it has effected my profile. What should i do?

Unfortunately there isn’t much you can do.

  • Wait it out (After 60 days it won’t be counted)
  • Contact support and kindly ask for a reset.
  • Complete many more orders.

It happened to me many times too. I’m afraid CS won’t do much for you, just live with it and keep going strong. A single cancellation doesn’t have much effect - if any, as said above, complete more orders and you won’t notice it at all.
