Buyer mistakenly placed two order

my buyer mistakenly placed two order and we have to cancel one. tomorrow is evolution and I meet all requirements to become level one seller expect order completion rate because of buyer mistake. My bad luck. Can fiverr support help me?

Yes , Contact the fiverr support and tell them exactly what happen with screenshot if it seems that it’s client mistake then they will cancel the order from customer support and that will not effect on your order completion rate .

I message them yesterday, haven’t got anything and evolution is tomorrow.
