Buyer not replying and delivery due in 6 hours

Recommended Posts

Just ask for an extension then - you should have got all the info you needed before you started.

Did you use the box ‘i need more info before I can start’ when the order first came through?

In this order, no initial information was required. I was suppose to do the work in parts and ask for his approval. Now, I have done my work but his approval is what I am waiting for.

No - you start the work when you’ve got all the info you need.

You’ve turned things on its head, and you need to work out what to do next.

In this order, no initial information was required.

Please always have a mandatory requirement before you start.

As I mentioned, I was suppose to do all of the work. That was part of my gig.

I always have mandatory requirements.

Sometimes, I have to go back and forth with the buyer in order to get the buyer’s approval on the progress during a gig.

I do not need information for start my work completely. I have done some work that was part of my gig and now I need his approval.

If your buyer can’t/won’t reply, all you can do is deliver and say you’ll be happy to accept revision requests, if they’re part of your gig.

Yes, I am thinking the same thing.

Can CS extend the delivery time or no?
