Buyer not replying my message

Hi,

I have a problem. A buyer is not replying to my messages. He wants 100% accuracy. I have a problem and want to solve it. So, I asked question but still not got any reply. What will I do in this situation? Only 24 hours are left for the deadline.

If you can continue working, do so. But in the meantime go to the resolution center and ask for an extension.

make a delivery, within deadline. the rest is clients fault. If further problem occurs, contact CS

This is not the best advice. If the customer is unhappy then you could get a bad review. Bad reviews can never rarely be removed.

If you do deliver the order, add a note explaining the situation and tell the buyer you will gladly redeliver what they need once you get an answer to your question.
