Buyer not responding after asking for revision

Hi, this is my first post. I completed an order some 20-30 days ago, verified it and delivered it to the client. Client asked for revision since she couldn’t get the project to work. I gave her guidelines to make it work but since then she hasn’t replied, and now I have LATE written all over my order for a very long time. I even opened up a request to extend deadline but she is no where to be found.

I have put in the hours, completed the job successfully. I am not going to cancel the order. I want to deliver my order without it effecting my order completion percentage. How should I proceed?

If you delivered on time befire the revision request, this order will not effect your completion percentage, so you can deliver again

It doesn’t matter if you delivered, the order can stay in revision indefinitely, and if you delivered on time you can ignore it when it says the order is late.

As far as I can see here, all you can do is wait for a reply from your client. Or you can cancel, which is obviously not recommended since you worked on this quite a lot.
