Buyer not responding for 12 days


The buyer ordered my gig on November 10. Duration was 1 day.
He did not provide the required information for the task.
He comes online but does not respond to my messages or requests.

What should I do?

I don’t want to cancel because I already canceled 3 orders because buyer mistakenly ordered my gig and wanted to cancel immediately. I don’t want another cancellation.
