Buyer Not responding on Delivery extend



I have an order which is buyer asking to modify his logo but did not upload logo as i asked. so he said that he need more time to get this logo as i need. I have send a Delivery date extended as we discuss but he did not accept it yet. and now my order marked as “Late”

will this problem to my account? I have 100% positive rating … Please help.

By the way now I have open a cancellation too. Please advice what to do.

My suggestion contact CS but they will contact you probably in 24h.I had problem when I delivered to my buyer he didn’t leave me review or write any messages when he order it so I did what he requested,delivered it and after 10 days he left me 5 star review.
