Buyer not seller should be more clear

I signed up to hire someone else, not to offer skills for others to buy.
I want a ghost writer, not to become one.
How do i sign up as a buyer not a seller? I know its a silly question but it really is not clear.
I spent 2 already sleep deprived hours trying to figure this whole Fiverr out.

Your Fiverr account allows you to be both a buyer and a seller.

Suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.
