Buyer opens a dispute which I reject - does the order complete automatically?

A buyer opened a dispute before even asking for modiciations, I rejected this. He opened another dispute and I rejected this. He then (in chat) said ‘make this better’ but has never requested a modification - will this order automatically complete?

After 3 days the order will be marked as complete if the buyer not requested any modifications.
