Buyer order my gig and cancelled (said i was mistaken )

I was sleeping when i awake and check the fiverr they said Order #FO223EEA0B82 is cancelled. i don’t now when i get this order
I check the order detail
Buyer *****(https://www.fiverr.com/ ****) said
"Sorry I ordered by mistake."
She order by mistake and review me with one star
fiver cancelled the order without my reviews
I don’t get the time to review
Kindly help me out

Order is submitted 11 hours ago still 24 hours is not completed and fiver say’s
"BUYER WANTS TO CANCEL
If you do not respond, the order will be cancelled automatically in 1 day."

You can’t reply to the “Cancelled order! Seller failed to etc.” reviews–they are automatically added when a buyer cancels after a deadline has passed. But the bad review seems to be for another gig. Going by the timestamp, the buyer realized their mistake 2 hours after ordering?

She contacted customer support and told them she ordered by mistake and wanted to cancel. This is not something she can leave you a review on.

Your one star review is from a different buyer.

I just looked again–there was an “order canceled” last I looked that isn’t there anymore from the same buyer (as my prior comment indicates). Personally, I think there was some glitch as it got removed. But we will never know!

@website786 If you got this review( Cancelled order, seller failed to deliver on time, it means that you are the one who failed to deliver on time. But if your buyer ordered by mistake, you will not get a negative review at all and It will not affect your gig
