Buyer ordered accidentally

I have 2 buyers in queue who have ordered accidently and want to cancel the order. I reached out to CS regarding one almost a week ago but they haven’t responded yet. The other one I did the same but today.
Does anybody who has gone through this know what I should do?
The purpose of reaching out for fiverr CS was so that my order completion rate doesn’t get affected.
ANY information regarding this would be great help!

CS has been taking up to 10 days to get back to sellers due to the influx of new sellers since the pandemic began.

you can mutual cancel this order through CS

Did you read the OP’s complete post? He has been trying to cancel through CS for a week to have the cancellations not count on his stats!
