Buyer ordered wrong did, cancelling order will affect stats?

I have 7 gigs, my buyer texted me with the reference of one gig, but ordered another gig which does not have the service he desires. So if I cancel the order, will it affect my stats?

So if a seller says to fiverr to cancel the order than stats will not be affected???

I contact CS through their Help & Support page. The one you get to by going to your profile and choosing Help & Support. On the next page go to, the bottom and choose Seller Help Center . Go to the bottom of that page and select Contact US Then, finally you are at a place where you can send them a message.

i have same situation , lets see CS what answer. For me looks like a bug fiverr.
Even if i talk with buyer to not order , dont care and order. What can someone do in this situation , without affect rating stats ?
