Buyer paid $5 for $45 service and rejecting cancellation requests


Order is already past due. Been on fiverr for 5 years now but this is the first time I have had SUCH a difficult buyer

Buyer orders $5 gig, but expects work that is worth $45?

When you requested cancellation what was his/her response for declining?

If the order is past due you should get customer support to cancel it. Don’t let any orders go past due. Explain the situation to customer support.
