Buyer place order without read gig information

Hello,
I need help regarding this issue,
buyer place an order without read gig information, my gig about comics coloring but buyer not read gig information & place an order for illustration with this gig, after place order he read gig information & he make dispute for cancel order & said ‘‘seller is not qualified to do the work I requested’’
its not my mistake its buyer mistake he not read gig information carefully.
this cancellation effect on my order completion rate. what should i do ? please guide me
