Buyer placed an order with wrong credentials and not responding now

Hello Everyone,
The buyer has placed an order with the wrong information (Hosting login credentials) which is required to complete the order. I saw him online and informed him multiple times since then but he gave me no reply. I’m now at the edge of my deadline (4 hours remaining). What can I do now? Please suggest.

You can go to resolution center to increase the time or you talk to support team for your reason.
