Buyer placed order twice

Hi I’m new to Fiverr. Recently I delivered my work to my Fiverr client and he was so impatient, didn’t even go through the tutorial video I sent him and raised an dispute that my software isn’t working as it should. but luckily after few hours he accepted delivery but by mistake he played the same order again now it’s in dispute with a reason of ’ placed this order by mistake and want to cancel’ now if I accept this it will straight affect my delivery time I just have less then a day, either I accept to cancel or decline. It’s not just first time happen to me …

I tried to contact fiverr support but no response from them… I feel so helpless…
