I am really happy. I had a buyer who ordered some work, and they asked for extra work that wasn’t included and I initially decided to charge them, but then I changed my mind and did the work for free because the customer’s satisfaction is key, especially as a new seller. Now I am getting people saying that buyer posted about me on their Amazon forum and how great their experience was with me. I just got my first order from a referral, and I couldn’t be happier! It just shows that hard work and putting the buyer first pays off.
