Buyer request is not showing on new window

i did a new window on my system .on window 7 i used to get the buyer request easily on the"more" option .but in window 10 when i opened and signed in fiver account the whole interface is changed now.on the top left corner it shows 3 lines in which i get the majority of options but i cannot see the buyer request option.

any one?who can sole the problem?
