Buyer Request Not Found . Only me?

I am a bit confused for the last month I checked every day 2-3 times about the buyer requests… Sometimes it shows 2-7 active but I don’t see any of them again sometimes I see literally nothing … even if I check by categories.

Confused, is it only happening to me?
