Buyer request or chat?

if I see a request shared by a buyer, would it be smart to send them my offer directly in the chat?

I don’t think that’s allowed. Furthermore, you will not be able to send a message directly to the buyer unless they contact you first.

As @sandm4n, you can’t do that anyway unless the person is also a seller. Even if they are, sending them an offer through inbox would be spam.
