The charachter doest use the dildo, he just creates it. And the buyer also wants that I give to this AD a sensual mood. Is this allowed by Fiverr?

Not sure did he message you first? or did he go straight to buy? Also try to put a no nswf in your description if you arent comfortable just to be safe.

Better not to work on NSFW artworks on Fiverr.
I sent a response to a buyer request which was NSFW.
We were on the way to process an order. Everything was going fine.
But my client got banned.
I contacted Customer Support.
And they said it would be best if I donât offer any NSFW gig.
It is better for my account.
This is from my personal experience.
However, I see many clients post requests of NSFW and their prices are quite amazing.
But we all are here to do business on Fiverr, and none of us would want to get our account banned.
So I think it would be best if we stay away from NSFW on Fiverr.
But of course, the choice is yours to make.

Yeah i think there is an exception for artistic educational type things but thats about it.
Itâs not exactly nudity, nobody has to be naked in this commercial

You might be fine, but you might not. It depends on the interpretation of Fiverrâs terms of service which state:
Gigs and/or users may be removed by Fiverr from the Site for violations of these Terms of Service: * Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene
Is your client asking you to create something pornographic? Probably not. Is your client asking you to work on an âadult oriented serviceâ? Probably.
Personally, I donât think itâs worth taking the risk. You might start work and the order gets cancelled by Fiverr. You might also get an account warning.

You could ask customer support if the requested service is allowed. However, as is widely reported in the forums, theyâre taking an average of 10 days to respond to support tickets at the moment - by which point it it is probably too late for you and your client.
Just to be clear, I didnât say the service isnât allowed on Fiverr. All I said is that itâs open to interpretation of Fiverrâs TOS - and personally I wouldnât take the risk.
However, you absolutely must not try and work with this potential buyer outside of Fiverr. He found you on Fiverr, and your contact has been through the platform. If you try and encourage him to contact you or pay you outside of the platform - it is the quickest way to receive an account warning or potentially be banned from Fiverr.

Documentary Exception
Fiverr will allow nudity when the primary purpose is educational, scientific, or artistic, and it isnât gratuitous. For example, a video edit ordered by a midwife depicting proper breastfeeding technique would be appropriate, while creating a video with clips from the same film but used out of context for the purpose of â â â â â â gratification, would not. Out-of-context nudity from indigenous communities, protests, medical procedures, childbirth, artistic performances, breastfeeding or like, may not meet our documentary exception.
Do not post, offer or ask for:
- Nude or adult related images or videos.
- Sex or â â â â â â partners.
- Sex chats or conversations.
- The execution of fetish scenarios.
- Sexually gratifying modeling.
- Content that depicts explicit â â â â â â activity, unless the conditions for âdocumentary exception,â as listed above, exist.
