Buyer requested a modification and didn't answer

Hello! Help me please: My second buyer here “requested a modification” and wrote that he didn’t receive order. Few hours later he wrote that he was wrong and everything ok. But it was “extra fast” deliver - and time of extra-fast already gone, besides, I still have this order as active and needed to modification and my buyer didn’t answer on messages. What should I do?
