Buyer Requests - Confusing?

I’ve recently started using the Buyer Requests. Does anyone know why when I hit the “Send Offer” button, the pulldown selection(s) does not match (is not what I want to send to the potential buyer)?



For sure the buyer wouldn’t click on my gig if they are looking for an ebook cover and I am sending a "I will create a unique, professional Tshirt design for $5"



How can I change it? Can I even? I have specific gigs that match some of these requests but I can’t send them. ??? :-?
