Buyer resolution reached. How to move forward

Hello. A buyer and I have agreed to reach a resolution for a gig at a certain amount. Let’s say $150. Would I agree to the cancellation and trust the buyer will order my gig at $150? Or should the buyer accept the gig offer update I sent her T $150 and then I’ll cancel the gig? I don’t want to accept cancellation and she runs off with my work. Please advise?

Difficult situation. Just to play save I would ask your buyer to accept the updated offer from your site and then cancel the gig.

If this is an existing order, open the order and click on “Offer More Extras”(below the message) . There you can add a custom offer for the amount of xyz so that the entire order equals $150.

There is no need for you to cancel the order 😉
