Buyer review deleted after tipping?

Hi all!

I recently made my second sale, and a few hours after I delivered the customer gave me a tip and completed the order. Since he tipped, I thought he forgot about the review but I was okay with it. However, a day later he messaged me thanking me again and explaining he had wrote a great review and Fiverr seemingly deleted it after he tipped me. Has this happened to anyone else? I don’t have the option to review him so apparently the system really didn’t recognise his review. I wouldn’t worry about it too much but it’s only my second sale and he was VERY happy with my work, so it would be truly great to have this review on my gig! Can I contact Fiverr directly about this? How?
