I have created a project for a buyer… I sent them a custom offer. They said they accepted it and their credit card was charged for it. They sent me a copy of the statement. I never got the order… How can I solve this? I cannot figure out how to contact customer support.
You don’t need to contact support, they wouldn’t solve it if you contact them.
You can ask your client if they can see an order in their dashboard and if they can send you an order number and ask them if they received a confirmation email.
If not then you just need to ask them to contact support. And support will solve it for them. (Not you, it’s not your payment provider)
