Buyer send me notification but i don't see it

Buyer sent me any message through order page…when I check it doesn’t appear what should i do?

Same problem with me, a huge delay, not able to see messages, even when I send there is nothing. Not sure if that is some server issue and hope they will fix it soon.

I am also suffering this! When I send the messages it looking like sent… But after refresh it goes! And showing nothing send!

Dealing with this issue as we speak.
I see the message(s) in the notification tab but when I click on it, the message(s) is not visible.

There seems to be a lag, very annoying to say the least.
