Of course it is. Why would Fiverr let you do something that would mean you could take your business off Fiverr?
You know I know that? I read the ToS. Try that.
You had to declare that you understood the ToS when you signed up to Fiverr. So you lied when you said you did.

I believe this is allowed since the email address is going to be on the animation and it’s not meant for you to contact them, but you should ask CS for permission first.

It should be fine, the TOS says “Terms of Service reminder: Providing email, ■■■■■, or phone number is only allowed if it is needed as part of the service. Otherwise, all communication must go through Fiverr.”
So as it’s needed for the video, it should be fine.
