I have a buyer who purchased a gig but he didn’t include any info and there’s no attachment with the order. The clock is ticking and I’ve sent him a message but he hasn’t responded. What do I do? I don’t want the time to run out and ruin my good ratings.

Also, try messaging them NOT through the order page, that way it will show up in there “To Do” list, separately from the order. Sometimes buyers don’t know to check the order page for updates.
Happens with me once or twice every month. I bombard the order page with message in that case. If that doesn’t help you just have to contact customer support and that helps as well.
