Buyer sent contact details in a file

Hello,

I just completed an order for one of my returning buyer which he marked as completed with a five star ratings. But he later sent his contact details in a doc. file intentionally.
I have reported that msg of the buyer to Fiverr and reminded him of the Fiverr ToS.

Should I block him also ? He seems to be a top buyer here. I am a bit worried about it.

Can anyone guide me on this?

It is easy to be a top buyer here. All you need to do is place orders that add up to about $100.
