Hello one of my customer did not provide info for start his website design . Here is 3 hrs left Still i have sent too many message . still he did not answer me yet so in this moment what can i do?
Send a request to extend the deadline. You can do this on the order page via the “resolution center” option.
If they still don’t get back to you say by the beginning of next week, contact customer support and let them know what’s going on. They may offer to cancel the order for you without it affecting your completion rate.

In theory, the clock doesn’t start until the buyer requirements are completed. If you’ve asked for buyer requirements as part of your gig, then you should be fine to just leave it until they fill them in.
If not, do as @gwyneth_galvin suggests.
