Buyer submitted incomplete details and went offline till now

Hi member and mods.
My buyer submitted incomplete detail and went offline i pinged him multiple times then sent him the extend delivery time request and he still doesnt responded.
Now the order has been late its been about days order got late, so what options do i have to prevent more late time. If i cancel the order it will still effect negatively to my gig.
is there any other option?

If it’s already late, it’s already negatively affecting your stats. At this point, canceling sounds like your only option.
