Buyer teasing blackmailing

Let’s be clear. Bullying / threatening / blackmailing behaviour is not acceptable.

Message the buyer and tell them you feel threatened by their behaviour, that you have contacted customer support reporting their behaviour, and that you will not be progressing the order.

That is a perfectly sensible course of action.

Thanks for contributing i have contacted support!

The only thing you can do is to cancel the order. Make sure you take back your work product if possible.

I refused to comply with a blackmailer, the CS says they can’t intercept and just say “they agree with me and will review their conduct” and didn’t go on to remove the unfair review… even tho “Fiverr agrees with you”.
