Greetings everyone, so one of clients is really disappointed because he’s unable to accept the custom offers that is sent. He gets the reply that he’s payment can’t be processed. But again he just made a purchase from another gig less than 24 hrs ago and never experienced any trouble. Is this a bug related to my gig or a problem from his end? I’ve sent the query to the fiverr CS it can be helpful to get your opinions. Thanks
