I have a buyer trying to purchase a custom offer but it keeps giving her errors when she tries to pay using a debit card. Thinking it might have been her card, she got someone else to try theirs and it’s still not working. Any ideas of what could be causing it?
Thanks! The only error she was getting was to contact the merchant. I’ve submitted a support ticket now.
@wondravanian Any kind of error messages? If it’s not a browser issue (clear cache, cookies and refreshe) you’ll likely have to submit a Support ticket.
One payment attempted via US card, one via Romanian card - still no joy. We’ve tried cancelling the offer and resending it but with no luck. The buyer tried buying multiple gig options instead and that doesn’t work either. Stumped. (
