Buyer want to change Negative Feedback but CS not allowing

Hello Dear Memebers.!
I got my first Negative feedback few days ago after Buyer left 2 star review by Misunderstanding.! Now, the buyer want to change the review but the CS says “we encourage the Buyers to leave the feedback based on their experience” and not allowing the Buyer to change the review. So what should I do Now?
Resolution center Option is also not working because I had replied to his feedback & the Order is complete.!

You can try asking them, on the same ticket in customer support, not a new one, if someone else can take a look at it.

You should include a screenshot of where the buyer has said he want’s to change the review.
