Work complete successfully and buyer give me 5★ review. Now he want to more work and he say me if i dont do then he disput on fiverr.
Now how can I Do??

Since your buyer as already reviewed you then the order must be completed. I would block him. Even if he contacts CS I do not think they will do anything as he already accepted the order and reviewed it.

However, if all your buyer wants is a small fix and not more work, then I would do that for him.
