Buyer wants refund without any valid reason

I have an active order with a buyer.He hired me to install a theme and make home page on his website.When i completed the work he said that he don’t need my work and activated the coming soon mode on website and changed the password of website.He sent me cancellation request twice which i declined.Now how i can deliver the order ?
Since I can’t take screenshot of my work on his website.Because there is coming soon mode active.
So how i can prove that i have done the job.

Contact support, explain what’s going on. Deny any direct cancelation with buyer, have support cancel it in a way that doesn’t affect your stats.

I have just contacted with customer support and see what happens
