Try to decline the offer and tell him that you are open to make changes to make him satisfied. If he doesn’t agree, then cancel it and save your profile from the negative feedback.

You don’t accept cancel buyer, you explain more. If he/she don’t understand you then you send cancel request. Buyer cancel request effect your profile more then your cancellation. Thanks
