Buyer wants to cancel the order after delivery?

Buyer wants to cancel the order. what should I do? He says that the quality of work is not good.
But I have create a quality of work as I do for others.
Now?
Should I accept the cancellation? or decline.

Hi, sorry to hear that. Did you sent him the sample of what you did before final delivery?

Try to decline the offer and tell him that you are open to make changes to make him satisfied. If he doesn’t agree, then cancel it and save your profile from the negative feedback.

If the buyer is not satisfied then simply accept the cancelation request. Or try to understand what exactly the buyer wants and ask for more time.

If you agree to cancel the order, he will not be able to rate and review your work

Ask the buyer what he needs exactly. Then do the exact thing. Even then if he asks for cancel then cancel it. it is your bad luck

You don’t accept cancel buyer, you explain more. If he/she don’t understand you then you send cancel request. Buyer cancel request effect your profile more then your cancellation. Thanks
