Buyer wants to remove a negative review

Can any one tell me how to assist a buyer remove a negative review? They did not see they received all the gig order and immediately wrote a negative review. They have apologized and now want to remove it which they should.

How long ago was the gig completed? They may have to contact Fiverr Customer Support and explain and ask them to remove it.

Tell the buyer to check the order again and click the previous review. They should be able to edit the reviews, however, may not be able to delete the review.
