Buyer was not responding

A buyer ordered me a service but after ordering me she did not give requirements. Lack of requirements the order was not started. I was waiting for the buyer response. After some days the buyer response in the order page & said “Cancel the order” as requirements. Then order was started & countdown also started. Then I cancel the order & also contact with fiverr support. Fiverr support could understand this matter & solved. This order cancellation could not affect my cancellation rate or gig rank.
