Recently a customer ordered my gig without contacting me first. I clearly stated in the description that i want everyone to contact me BEFORE they order so that we can negotiate a price, what i have to do, etc. So a customer just ordered a $5 gig, but what he wanted me to do was worth $10, which i told him. He didn’t respond, and i’ve messaged him multiple times (throught maybe a week?) that i have completed the video, i simply need him to order another gig. He hasn’t responded so my gig is VERY late in being delivered. How do i cancel the order? It is dramatically bringing down my rates. Thank you for the feedback. Any is appreciated!
