Buyers cannot use their credit card for my gig

Anytime someone tries to buy a gig from me their credit card gets decline. Buyers can use their credit cards on other gigs no problem but when they order from me it says card wasn’t accepted and PayPal is the only option. I am new here is this something Fiverr does to new members? Why?

That seems unlikely.

What seems more likely is that these “buyers” are trying to get you to take pity on them and do work for free.

If you’re new, some buyers try to take advantage.

If you’re still confused about this, talk to CS and they’ll be able to reassure you.

I’ve had a few buyers tell me that too and I’m not new. It’s not true that they can’t use a valid credit card. I told them to contact customer support if they have payment problems. It’s not our job to discuss how they can pay.
