Buyers error messing with business (in a major way)!


TWICE this week, someones ordered my ‘Detailed Avatar’ gig, and when they order it, it shows up as my ‘South Park’ gig in MY order page, on their order page, they say it says the correct order gig. After I submit the work, it then corrects to what they actually ordered, and I end up with disappointed/angry customers, and doing more work for less money! It seems to be only that 1 gig I have.


You need to write Customer Support about this, providing all the infos you can to let their investigation fast and easy!
