Buyers misunderstanding the gig ruins reputation

I’ve had multiple buyers not read the gig details and put in an order, only for me to tell them I won’t be able to do it, which I then have to cancel and in return I receive poor order completion reputation on my profile.

If it’s the buyers fault why am I punished for it?
