Buyers not responding to gig requirements

Has anyone else been having problems with buyers who place orders however do not submit any information, so that the order is marked “incomplete”? The problem is usually resolved when the buyer decides to finally submit the information (which can take weeks) or the seller contacts support to ask them to manually cancel the order.

Does this cancellation affect the overall cancellation rate? Has anyone else experienced this?

It may seem likely to have an order once each month, however to purchase a gig for $90 and leave it incomplete, or to have multiple inactive orders per month, seems strange to me. I’m a little afraid to cancel these in case they affect the overall cancellation rate.
