Long story short. On my gigs I have to send a message before ordering to discuss first, this buyer didn’t do that. And they also ordered something that wasn’t even part of the gig (another reason why messaging before ordering would have been great).
Anyway, I have put through a request to mutually cancel the order and buyer isn’t responding.
After a bit of searching around, it seems that this buyer has left a lot of reviews about “cancelled order, seller failed to deliver on time” and “the delivered work wasn’t what I asked for” - so possibly indicating that the person didn’t include enough details, or they ordered something that wasn’t in relationship to the sellers gig.
Anyway, I don’t know what to do. I have already emailed CS, and I am waiting for a response. But I guess I am a little annoyed.
